Which is the most suitable sport event for a person?

Every child is built differently, and not all sports suit everyone. That’s why we follow a structured 1–2 year training program to understand each child’s strengths and identify the sport they are naturally inclined toward. After discovering their potential, we offer focused, specialized training to ensure they develop in a sport that matches their genetic and physical abilities.
Daily Nutritional guidance

During the training period, we share day‑to‑day nutritional guidelines through our FortyFive.fit app. These recommendations help parents plan and prepare the right meals so their child is well‑supported for the following day’s training.

Each event demands a distinct set of physical qualities. For example, a sprinter requires a high rate of force development over speed endurance, whereas a long-distance runner prioritizes speed endurance over RFD. To assess your current performance, we conduct a series of event-specific tests. The resulting data is then analyzed to provide targeted training recommendations
